Richard Brady

Richard (Rick) Brady, P.E., BCEE is the President and CEO of Brady + Dunning Enterprise Solutions. He was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Richard Brady & Associates (BRADY). Mr. Brady graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1980 and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management Program. He is a Board-Certified Environmental Engineer and is a member of the American Academy of Environmental Engineers. He is a chapter author in the American Water Works Association/American Society of Civil Engineers Water Treatment Plant Design textbook, 5th edition, Chapter 16, Activated Carbon Adsorption He is a licensed Civil Engineer, internationally recognized for his engineering contributions to large municipal water projects serving safe drinking water to millions of people around the world. Notable awards include:

Engineering Firm of the Year by the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of the San Diego and Imperial County Districts (2001)
Construction Management Firm of the Year by CMAA San Diego Section (2018)
ASCE/AWWA Opal Award - outstanding civil engineering project in the US (2013)

Dave Dunning

David (Dave) Dunning is the Chief Operating Officer of Brady + Dunning Enterprise Solutions. Dave has served as a Fortune 150 company executive for over 48 years. He has served Fluor Corp. in various roles of increased responsibility including as Ex. VP, Business Development and Strategy leading the company’s sales, marketing, Corp. communications, government relations and corporate strategic planning functions across all the company’s business groups.

Prior to this assignment he was Group President, Power serving the companies projects globally in the nuclear generation, renewable, environmental compliance, O&M and fossil fueled industries. Over the past decade he has served as an Independent Director on various private and public company Board of Directors as well as having served the US Energy Board, East Stroudsburg University Foundation Board, and Hideout Ministries 501.C,3 as Chairman. Dunning holds a B.S. in Health Education from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania and has completed executive education training programs at Harvard and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
