Terry Smith, Co-Founder and Partner at Willis & Smith Capital, has extensive experience guiding companies through formation, growth, and successful exits. Terry began his career as a corporate attorney at Cooley LLP and holds an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center and B.B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of San Diego.

A graduate of The Los Angeles Film School, he has led a marketing editing business, worked in Hollywood, and served as the on-camera personality for a New Hampshire tech company.
